Registration: SASA 11v11 Summer 2017 Season
Team Registration Form Excel (NEW):
Team representative fill out forms and turn into SASA: SASA Excel 2016-17 & Team Roster (Required)
1. League: SASA League #16, your team name: SASA will provide you a team number
2. ID# 713-16-: 713(Texas), 16(SASA) we will provide a team number and player number
3. Enter players last and first name also enter Date of Birth (DOB)
4. Multi team name (ask players if they play on more then one team such as men's and co-ed)
5. If player is active military or reservist please provide on team registration form
Payment on-line (PayPal) or by mail (USPS):
Team have an option to registration on-line with PayPal by using a debit or credit card for the season

Player cards with pictures & team roster:

A team representative can meet with SASA to provide us a list of players in order for SASA to make a team roster (e-mail is optional). Each player must have a picture available for their player card before we can issue a I.D. number and laminate the player card. Each team can have up to 18 players for the season. There will be an additional fee of $50.00 for each additional player(s) for the season if they have more than 18 players on their roster. Registration fee's cover field rentals, *medical insurance for players
(*only if the player has filled out a registration form see SASA form details), liability insurance for players & league association, and league administration costs and supplies. (Summer 2016 season is excluded)

Referee fee's per game $60.00 each team pays referee fee's before or halftime:
TEAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING REFEREE FEE'S AT EACH SCHEDULED GAME(S) 
THREE REF CREW: Each team will pay referee fee's before or halftime in the amount of $60.00
TWO REF CREW: Then the referee fee's for each team will be $50.00
ONE REFEREE: If only one referee is available the referee fee's for each team will be $40.00

SASA Team Registration: 
Up to 18 players for the season

Registration: If a team register early for the season SASA will schedule each week other than requested bye week holidays tournaments rainouts cancellation forfeit and no opponent
Teams need to be registered with the league for the season If team does not fund the entire registration expect not finish the season in time 
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Game Time: Sunday's Only
9:00 am 11:00 am 1:00 pm & 300 pm

Scheduling: Request(s) game time
SASA does not guarantee time's
however will try to schedule as requested for game time if possible

Locations: SASA does not guarantee game location however will try to schedule as requested for location

FORFEIT: schedule is usually posted on Tuesday early during the week
changes might be possible but have to be reviewed by scheduler before changes can be made (we can't guarantee requests for changes). SASA will try to coordinate request for changes if we are able to change:
time, location and opponent if we are contacted in enough time to arrange

Forfeit: no show not enough players team drops out of the league
referee fee's: team forfeit & no show 
(late during the week, no show, forfeit and at game time)
teams that forfeits their game have to compensate referee fee's for both team $120.00 - league policy
TEAM that was present and did not get to play will have a bye week.
TEAM FINE FOR RED CARDS
Red Cards: Team are responsible for paying red card fines to the league
FIGHTING: league policy-teams that fight will be suspended for one to two games and have to pay a fine teams that continue to get into altercations will be suspend or ejected for the league and for the season. SASA will not tolerate fighting in the league
suspended players are not welcome and will be escorted from the complexes 
SASA: WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
